REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested approval of a public access and utility easement that is approximately 2,640 feet long and 75 feet wide, totaling approximately 4.55 acres, more or less, over state-owned, DMLW managed lands. The purpose of the easement is to provide access and utilities for his parcel.
