Audit Committee Meeting

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ AUDIT COMMITTEE will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, in the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom at 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska.

The AGENDA will include: A. Review and approval of the January 28, 2026 Audit Committee minutes; B. Presentation and discussion by Eide Bailly of the FY26 External Audit: 1) AHFC FY26 Governance Letter; 2) AHFC FY26 Statement of Work; C) Presentation and approval of FY26 Internal Audit Reports: 1) Human Resources, Payroll Internal Audit Report 26-02; 2) FNBA Mortgage Servicer and Sub Servicer, Internal Audit Report 26-09; 3) Records Center, Internal Audit Report 26-10; 4) PHD Jumpstart Program, Internal Audit Report 26-11; 5) Corporate Vehicles, Internal Audit Report 26-12; 6) Global Credit Union Mortgage Servicer, Internal Audit Report 26-13; 7) PHD Anchorage AMP 274, Internal Audit Report 26-14; 8) PHD Soldotna HCV Program, Internal Audit Report 26-17; 9) PHD Wrangell Site, Internal Audit Report 26-18; D. Presentation and discussion of FY26 IAD Activity Reports: 1. Internal/External Audit Activity Report; 2. Grantee Financial and Administrative Monitoring Activity Report; 3. Affordable Housing Compliance Monitoring Activity Report; E.  Presentation and discussion of FY26 IAD Activity Reports: 1. Audit Committee Consideration Memorandum; 2. FY27 Annual Plan; 3) Audit Committee Resolution 2026-01; F. Any other matters to properly come before the Committee.

ONE OR MORE COMMITTEE MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to attend the meeting through WebEx but should be aware that portions of the meeting may be held in Executive Session. Committee meetings and work sessions do not provide for public testimony. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.
