Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.810(b) – (d) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing tideland lease issued to North Pacific Rim Housing Authority for an additional 30-year term for the maintenance and operation of an oil spill response dock. The proposed Renewal Decision Amendment updates the annual lease fee and development plan. The location of the lease is further described as being within Section 5, Township 12 South, Range 8 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska, within Tidelands Survey No. 1483, containing 9.64 acres, in Tatitlek, Alaska.

The decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 20 calendar days.
