Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b)the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to Arcticom, LLC for an additional 10-year term for the operation of a communications site. The location of the lease is further described as being within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 22, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian, consisting of one acre more or less, near Tanaina, Alaska.
