In accordance with Administrative Order 360, the Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting written and oral comments from stakeholders regarding ARRC Board Rules and associated guidance documents.

This solicitation is part of the statewide regulatory reform initiative under Administrative Order 360, which requires all executive agencies and public corporations to identify and reduce unnecessary or outdated regulations. ARRC does not promulgate regulations but does operate under Board Rules set by the ARRC Board of Directors. Public input is invited to propose amendments or repeals to ARRC Board Rules and associated guidance documents that would clarify existing obligations or standards, reduce costs for affected stakeholders, and streamline and improve communication and engagement.

As part of this initiative, stakeholders are invited to submit written comments relevant to ARRC Board Rules and associated guidance documents to public_comment@akrr.com on or before May 13, 2026; please include ‘AO 360’ in the subject line to ensure capture.

Oral comments may also be offered at 3:30 until 4:30 p.m. on May 13, 2026, either in person at 327 W Ship Creek Ave or via remote link.
