Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold a Project Enhancement Committee (PEC) Special Meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 12-1 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review and score project applications to the new Community Transportation Grant Program and develop a recommendation to the Policy Board for funding awards. This is a hybrid meeting.
