Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Savant Alaska, LLC.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Western half of Section 14 and the Eastern half of Section 15, Township 009 North, Range ­­­­­­020 East, Umiat Meridian. 

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:

• The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 45,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
