The Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct will hold a closed Probable Cause Determination Meeting at its regular meeting on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Under Commission Rule 11(b)4(B), if the commission finds that there is probable cause to believe that there has been misconduct that warrants action more serious than an informal and private admonishment or counseling, a public statement of formal charges will issue.
