NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25262044 – Juneau State Office Building Roof Improvements/Repairs

The Contractor shall provide conduct a site investigation of the existing roof system condition and recommendations report for improvements/repairs of the roof systems at the State Office Building located at 333 Willoughby Ave, Juneau, AK 99801. Following that, the Contractor shall provide professional services resulting in advertising bid documents development, cost estimating services, bid services, construction administration assistance and related services. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, contract management, project management, architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and hazardous materials investigation/environmental services.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2026 to October 2028.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of less than $200,000

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 23 2026 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than May 14, 2026, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
