INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for DPS Anchorage Headquarters Roof Replacement, Program Number 25C1241607, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 13, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded project will replace the roof and associated mechanical appurtenances of the Alaska Department of Public Safety Headquarters Building located at 5700 East Tudor Road, Anchorage AK 99507. The work also includes abatement of all hazardous materials, patch/repair of existing finishes inside the building, as necessary to complete contract work.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be November 15, 2026.
A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Thursday May 7, 2026 at the project location (5700 E. Tudor Road, Anchorage, AK 99508). Bidders intending to participate are requested to notify the Project Manager, Vadim Belozertsev, at vadim.belozertsev@alaska.gov prior to close of business on May 5, 2026.
