The Alaska Railroad Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment-related, and other services for their 401(k) and 457(b) Plans.  As of December 31, 2025, there was approximately $160 million total in the Plans. Please find attached the Request for Proposal document in Word format to facilitate your response. 

Proposals must be received on or before May 15, 2026, at 3:00pm Alaska Time.  Submit one (1) electronic version via email to me (ned.taylor@morganstanley.com) and a copy to Sarah Wallace at wallaces@akrr.com.

Please be sure to provide the Questionnaire portion in Word format and include the entire Exhibit Folder in electronic form.
