  • Written Comments: Must be submitted to team@eboconsultinginc.com via email no later than 9:00 a.m AKDT to be included in the meeting materials.

  • Oral Testimony (In-Person or Virtual): Sign-up for oral testimony will be available during the meeting.  Comment periods are scheduled at 9:40-9:55 a.m and 3:30-3:45 p.m. Time limits for oral testimony may be imposed to ensure all who wish to speak have an opportunity.
