Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Insurance, estimates an annual need for these services of between $350,000 and $600,000. Work will be performed on an as needed basis. The budget estimate is only an estimate of the total spend on required services.

Approval or continuation of a contract resulting from this RFP is contingent upon legislative appropriation.

Deadline: Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time on Friday, May 15, 2026. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.

Pre-Proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference may be held at 2:30 PM, Alaska Time, on Monday, April 27, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Those wishing to attend the meeting must contact the Procurement Officer in advance to receive information on how to attend. If there are no parties wishing to attend the pre-proposal conference by 4:00 PM Alaska Time on Thursday, April 23, 2026, the pre-proposal teleconference will not be held.

Multi-Award: DCCED may award up to five contracts from this RFP.
