PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 1 under Operating Agreement ADA-32700 covering Rooms SB1809, SB1855, SA2338 (Operations, Maintenance, and Office Space) consisting of 2,348 s.f., approximately 100 square feet of Kiosk Space across from CUPPS ticket counter STC33, to the right of Door #4, 10 square feet of Computer Cabinet Space within the B baggage make-up area on the far West side near the B-hex, 10 square feet of Customer Service Podium Space on the baggage claim level behind carousel #5 in the South Terminal, and 144 square feet of Antenna Space located on the roof of the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Southwest Airlines Co. TERM: Through the end of the Operating Agreement, June 30, 2033. Current Long-term Terminal rental rent is $105.31/s.f./yr. AUTHORIZED USES: Storage, office, and breakroom space; two (2) ticketing kiosks; customer service computer cabinet and podium space; and rooftop space for an air-to-ground antenna in support of a scheduled passenger airline service.
