INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for LHD Aprons A, B, E, and Taxiway E Improvements, Program Number AIP 3-02-0013-XXX-2026 / CFAPT01199, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 1, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will repave Aprons E and B, and surface seal Apron A and Taxiways E and H at Lake Hood Seaplane Base in Anchorage, Alaska. Work also includes replacing a 24-inch diameter culvert under Taxiway H and replacing all painted pavement markings on these aprons and the taxiways.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,00 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be August 31, 2027.
