ADL 225713 Material Sale Contract

Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Department of Transportation & Public Facilities

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MS 809-004-5 located at MP 8 Lake Louise Road within W1/2NW1/4 of Section 3 and E1/2NE1/2 of section 4, Township 4 North, Range 7 West, Copper River Meridian, containing approximately 15 acres, more or less.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 150,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(b).
