ADL 223719 Material Sale Contract

Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Department of Transportation & Public Facilities

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MS 42-3-014-5 located at MP 155 Glenn Highway within sections 2, 3, 10, 11, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, Copper River Meridian, containing approximately 327 acres, more or less.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 300,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(b).
