NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25262036 – Creamer’s Field Bunkhouse Roof Repairs: Design and Engineering Services

The Contractor shall provide professional design and engineering services, and construction engineering support for effecting repairs to the roof of the Bunkhouse building at Creamer's Field in Fairbanks. This is a historic structure currently used by the Department of Fish and Game as office space, and has leaks, water damage, poor ventilation, among other concerns.

A site visit has not been scheduled in advance. Offerors interested in viewing the site may contact the DOT&PF Project Manager.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2026 to September 2027.  Cost of these professional services is between $50,000 and $100,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than April 22, 2026 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
