This training will focus on how we build strong, clear workplans and will directly support our work to finalize the FY27 and FY28 workplans, the first two years of our next 5-year State Plan.
During this session, we will:
- Review what a workplan is and why it matters
- Walk through how activities connect to our goals and objectives
- Talk through expectations for FY27 and FY28 workplans
- Discuss the parts of a workplan
- Provide time for questions and discussion
