The Kenai River Special Management Area Citizen Advisory Board meeting will meet at the Soldotna Public Library Thursday April 9th, 2026, at 5:30pm.  This will be a hybrid meeting, meeting location is the USFWS Kenai National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. 

The Kenai River Special Management Area State Parks Citizen Advisory Board Meeting provides a forum to advise the Governor and the Commissioner of DNR on issues relating to the Kenai River watershed other than matters related to fisheries allocation.  The board is currently comprised of 12 public members, and 5 non-voting agency members.
