Notice is given that the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) under authority of AS 2.15.090(h), hereby gives notice of the cancellation of collection of a Rental Car Customer Facility Charge (RC-CFC) by on-airport rental car concessionaires at FAI from their rental car customers and a cancellation of collection of Public Parking Customer Facility Charge (PP-CFC) that the public parking concessionaire at FAI required to collect from their paid public parking lot customers.
EFFECTIVE DATE and TERM: The effective date of the RC-CFC and PP-CFC cancellation of collection is midnight (12:00 a.m.) April 10, 2026.
As a result, the vehicle parking fees for Fairbanks International Airport will be changed as follows:

The rates and charges set out above will supersede previously established AIAS rates and charges for the indicated uses and services at FAI. All other previously established rates and charges applicable to the AIAS will remain unchanged.
