Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold a Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Workshop on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 12-2PM. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this workshop is to provide an overview of the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) and to assess high-crash locations within the FAST Planning boundary.

Main topics:
   - Overview of the HSIP process: screening, eligibility, and project prioritization for funding
   - Review of recently completed and in-design HSIP projects within the MPO
   - Review and discussion of high-crash locations within the MPO
