The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is initiating a project funded by the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality program (CMAQ) at the intersection of Sheep Creek Road and West Tanana Drive in Fairbanks, Alaska. The objective of the project is to improve the existing tee intersection with a roundÂabout which will reduce wait time for turning traffic while improving both safety and air quality.
