The Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (DEED), Division of Innovation and Education Excellence (IEE), is seeking a contractor to coordinate and strengthen the implementation of the Alaska Career Guide Project, while supporting collaboration among school districts, workforce partners, and postsecondary institutions. The contractor will provide direct support to career guides and participating districts through ongoing professional development, mentoring for new career guides, and active monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across regions. This work will prioritize fidelity to the existing Career Guide model while supporting thoughtful and sustainable expansion of career pathway and CTE opportunities aligned with Alaska’s regional workforce needs.
