The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) is seeking proposals from
experienced and well-qualified law firms to advise the APFC on legal matters that are directly or indirectly
related to the Corporation’s institutional investment activities.

Deadline for Receipt of Responses:

Responses should be submitted in electronic format to procurement@apfc.org no later than 2pm, prevailing Alaskan Time on April 16, 2026 as indicated on the postmark or email timestamp. It is the vendors responsibility to confirm their proposal has been received by APFC. Late submissions will not be considered.
