The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Air National Guard is soliciting for quotes from qualified vendors to replace ceiling tiles as specified in the attached Invitation for Quotes (IFQ).

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. The meeting location will be at Hangar 21 (B17508), at the front gate ‘bus stop’ small building, followed by a short walk to the CTK shop. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Ryan Nguyen by phone at 907-552-0085 or via email at ryan.nguyen.7@us.af.mil one (1) day prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Additional Information on the Site Visit can be found in the attached IFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Quotes: The current deadline for receipt of quotes in response to this IFQ is 2:00pm Alaska Time on April 14, 2026. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
