INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Anchorage District Drain Cleaning, Program Number CFHWY01350 / CFHWY01353, Contract Number 25-25-1-005, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 10, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract will inspect and clean State of Alaska storm drain structures and pipes withing the Municipality of Anchorage between Glenn Highway Mile Post 27 (Eklutna) and Seward Highway Mile Post 89 (Girdwood). The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year period.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the initial period of performance. The Contract completion date will be December 31, 2026.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
