Administrative Order 360, Alaska’s Regulatory Reform Initiative, aims to improve the quality, transparency, and efficiency of the state’s regulatory environment to encourage business and economic growth. The initiative mandates a statewide review of existing administrative regulations, guidance documents, and materials incorporated by reference to reduce unnecessary burdens on Alaska’s citizens and businesses.
In accordance with Administrative Order 360, attached is the Alaska State Council on the Arts Regulatory Reform Plan.
