The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend term and change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-07172 (Lot 1C, Block 1), consisting of approximately 13,000 square feet, at Bethel Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: Orutsararmiut Native Council Incorporated. Annual rent: $2,821.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of an air freight office and warehouse; storage of perishable and dry freight for tribal members, programs and services provided by ONC; and related employee and customer vehicle parking.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 15, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend and amend the lease.
