This Invitation To Bid (ITB) is intended to result in a single contract award for a qualified firm to provide one year, mandatory use firm and as-needed quantities contract for the purchase and delivery of Sodium Formate for use at airport runways maintained by the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOTPF).

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Standard Time on April 6, 2026, faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
