ALASKA CORPORATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Special Board of Directors Meeting

The ALASKA CORPORATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING (ACAH), a public corporation and government instrumentality of, but having a legal existence independent of and separate from, the State of Alaska, will have its special board meeting starting at 9:30 a.m. on March 25, 2026 in the AHFC building at 4300 Boniface Parkway.

THE AGENDA for the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing Special Meeting will include: A. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the President of the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing to enter into one or more contracts to borrow up to $15,000,000 regarding the financing and the development of affordable housing in Wasilla, Alaska. (2026-01)

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference by calling 907-330-8452 or emailing krichardson@ahfc.us  and requesting the access code at least three days prior to the meeting, you will be required to sign in for identification purposes. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting via email and the electronic packet is available online at ahfc.us, please be sure to provide an email address.
