The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-08637, Lot 5A, Block 200, consisting of approximately 18,750 square feet, at Seward Airport. Applicants: Frederick D. Marolf and Pamela S. Eiting. Annual rent: $2,700.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a hangar for commercial and recreational aviation and helicopter operations, the storage and maintenance of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft, aircraft tiedowns, and related vehicle parking.

Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 8, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
