ADL 422798 Material Sale Contract

Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office intends to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Yukon River & Road Transport, LLC

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 202-014-2, located on state shorelands of the Yukon River south of Galena; within the S1/2 portion of Section 1, Township 9 South, Range 9 East, and the SW1/4 portion of Section 6, Township 9 South, Range 10 East, both in the Kateel River Meridian, containing approximately 321 acres, more or less.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 5,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
