The Alaska Retirement Management Board (ARMB) will hold its quarterly committee and Board of Trustees meetings Tuesday, March 17 – Thursday, March 19, 2026. All meetings will be conducted in hybrid format, originating from the Father Andrew P. Kashevaroff (APK) Building Lecture Hall, located at 395 Whittier St., Juneau, AK.

COMMITTEE MEETINGS – TUESDAY, MARCH 17

All ARMB committee meetings are scheduled to begin at the times noted below. In the event a committee meeting runs long, the next committee meeting will start immediately following the conclusion of the prior meeting.

The Strategic Review and Audit Committee (SRAC) will meet at 8:30 a.m. to discuss proposed amendments to recent ARMB resolutions and consider resolutions relating to the fiscal impact of implementation of DCR Healthcare Eligibility and Disability Benefit Improvements and recommendations on DC Plan Forms and HRA Website Communications, and other matters to properly come before the committee.

The Audit Committee will meet at 9:00 a.m. to review and discuss employer audits, delinquent and late filing employers, compliance report, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The Defined Contribution Plan Committee meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Topics include target date fund review and suitability study, updates from Empower, the Division of Retirement and Benefits and the Treasury Division, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The Actuarial Committee will meet at 1:00 p.m. to discuss draft valuation results, 2025 valuation projections and sensitivity analysis, actuary review, updates on demographic and economic assumptions for the July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2025, experience study, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The Operations Committee meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. Topics include updates from the Treasury Division, the ARMB’s proposed 2027 meeting calendar, future trustee training opportunities, and other matters to properly come before the committee.

BOARD of TRUSTEES MEETING – WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18 & THURSDAY, MARCH 19

The Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. daily. The meeting will include presentations and reports on fund financials, actuarial valuations and review, performance measurement, investment reviews and action items, capital market assumptions, and other business to properly come before the board.
