Purpose Of The ITB

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry & Fire Protection (DFFP), is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide exclusive-use helicopter charter services in support of fire management operations based in McGrath, Alaska, as specified in this ITB. Services shall include a fully operational helicopter, qualified pilot(s), and mechanic support necessary to meet the operational requirements of DFFP.

DNR intends to award one (1) Master Agreement (MA) to the responsive and responsible bidder to furnish exclusive-use helicopter services in accordance with the terms and specifications of this solicitation.

Deadline For Receipt Of Bids

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on March 25, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
