Land Use Permit
Department of Natural Resources

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of a Land Use Permit for the following:

GRANTEE: Department of Transportation & Public Facilities

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Various developed material sites along the Dalton Highway between MP 46 and 291, as described on Attachment A.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: Continued storage of DOT&PF owned sand, gravel, and or rip-rap in stockpiles within developed material sites along the Dalton Highway. This permit is being issued in preparation for the State acquiring these lands from the Federal government pursuant to the Alaska Statehood Act.
