INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Seward Highway MP 90-99 Pavement Preservation Phase 1, Program Number 0A31069 / CFHWY01328, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 18, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface the existing pavement of the road and shared use pathway, make repairs to the existing culverts and upgrades as required the guardrail and signs between MP 90 to MP 97 of the Seward Highway near Girdwood, Alaska.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be June 30, 2027.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings.
