Notice of Electric Reliability Organization Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) filed TE12-9001, seeking approval of penalty matrices for the reliability standards RRC-BAL-003-1, RRC-INT-006-1, RRC-VAR-001-1, and RRC-VAR-002-1, previously approved by the Commission in Order E-25-001(3). The penalty matrices include Violation Risk Factor and Violation Severity Level tables, which will be used to classify the severity of violations.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed by the RRC.
