Amendment 1
The purpose of Amendment 1 is to:
- Change the delivery window for Lot 2R to 06/01/2026 to 06/15/2026.
Amendment 1 is a Mandatory Return Amendment.
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting and Procurement, is soliciting bids for Federally Funded Traffic Marking Paint and Reflective beads to be delivered to 10 locations in Alaska per Attachment A of this solicitation.
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time on February 23, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
Bidders may submit bids either electronically or in hard copy.
If submitting via U.S. Mail or Courier Delivery Service, bidders must submit the original hard copy of their bid in writing to the procurement officer in a sealed package.

If submitting a bid electronically, the bid may be emailed to dotstatewideprocurement@alaska.gov and must contain the ITB number in the subject line of the email. The maximum size of a single email (including all text and attachments) that can be received by the state is 20mb (megabytes). If the email containing the bid exceeds this size, the bid must be sent in multiple emails that are each less than 20 megabytes and each email must comply with the requirements described above.
Please note that email transmission is not instantaneous. Similar to sending a hard copy bid, if you are emailing your bid, the state recommends sending it enough ahead of time to ensure the email is delivered by the deadline for receipt of bid.
