The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease ADA-09685 (Lot 4, Block 1400), consisting of approximately 13,000 square feet, at Kodiak Airport for thirty (30) years. Applicant: Kodiak Park & Store, LLC. Annual rent: $4,875.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical – Construction, operation, and maintenance of a storage facility, office, and associated parking.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 6, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
