Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(c) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to Chris Craver for a 30-year term to support residential activities. The location of the lease is further described as within the SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 25, Township 26 North, Range 5 West, Seward Meridian, near Talkeetna, Alaska.
