QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECIEPT OF BIDS: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement specialist. The interested party must confirm phone conversations in writing.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids must be received no later than 1:30 pm AKST on February 5, 2026. Faxed, oral, or physical bids will not be accepted.
