The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Division of Alaska Marine Highway System, is soliciting bids for supplemental landing craft service from Juneau, AK to Pelican, AK for the year of 2026. This would be an as-needed service for an estimated two to six trips.
Bids must be received no later than 2:00PM Alaska Time on February 13, 2026, at which time they will be
publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or
accepted for evaluation.
Bidders may submit bids electronically or in hard copy. If submitting via hard copy, the bidder must submit one hard copy of their entire bid, in writing, to the procurement officer in a sealed package.

The maximum size of a single email (including all text and attachments) that can be received by the state is 20mb (megabytes).
