INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Mt. Edgecumbe High School Building 292 Boys’ Dormitory Ventilation & Window Upgrades, Project Number 25C0523717, will be received before 2:00 p.m., February 13, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded project will upgrade windows and add air handlers in Building 292 at the Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka, Alaska. Work includes installation of energy recovery ventilation units with associated ducts and accessories, new windows in select locations, electrical power replacements, and all supportive work.
A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the project location. Meet in the parking lot at the dormitories off Seward Ave. Attendees are requested to RSVP with the project manager, David Hepler david.hepler@alaska.gov or (907) 748-7016), by 12:00pm on February 4.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be August 14, 2026.
