INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Sheldon Jackson Museum HVAC Upgrades, Project Number 25C0544708, will be received before 2:00 p.m., February 13, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project includes replacement of the HVAC and humidity control systems to improve the level of service by providing a more stable and controlled environment as well as additional zone control of the separate spaces at the Sheldon Jackson Museum in Sitka, Alaska. The contract includes two (2) additive alternates for installation of a new dehumidification in the office space, and for cleaning of the existing supply air ducting and return air plenum.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Substantial Project completion date will be November 24, 2026.
