NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE
ALASKA STUDENT LOAN CORPORATION
The Alaska Student Loan Corporation (ASLC) Board will meet on Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 1:30 p.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. The meeting will originate from the offices of the Corporation at 3030 Vintage Boulevard, Juneau, Alaska. This meeting is open to the public and will be conducted via Zoom/video and teleconference. Individuals seeking to join the meeting should not appear in person but should call-in using the information below.

The agenda includes an Election of Officers, Executive Officer report, a review of the Corporation’s Federal Single Audit Report, review and adoption of the Loan Program Fixed Interest Rates for academic year 2026-2027, review and adoption of Annual and Aggregate Loan Limits, and review and adoption of the Corporation’s Annual Regulatory Plan for Administrative Order 360. Circumstances may cause items to be added or deleted from the agenda as needed. Time for public testimony will be listed on the agenda.
