NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Palmer Hay Flats SGR Knik River Wayside Geotechnical Investigation

Project No. 91007-3

The Alaska Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Design & Construction Section is soliciting for professional services for geotechnical investigation and engineering for the Palmer Hay Flats SGR Knik River Wayside Improvements project. 

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2026 through June 2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $50,000 and $100,000.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received as indicated on the RFP no later than FEBRUARY 12, 2026, 2:00 p.m., prevailing time.
