NOTICE OF MEETING

ALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETING

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2026 at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska.

The AGENDA will include:  A. Consideration of a Resolution to Approve the GOAL Program Rating and Award Criteria, Also Known as the Qualified Allocation Plan, For use with the Greater Opportunities for Affordable Living Program; B. Board Committee Reports; C. Any other matters to come before the board.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference by calling 907-330-8452 or e-mailing krichardson@ahfc.us and requesting the access code at least three days prior to the meeting, you will be required to sign in for identification purposes. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting via e-mail and the electronic board packet is available online at ahfc.us, please be sure to provide an e-mail address.
