NOTICE OF MEETINGS

ALASKA SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CORPORATION

JOINT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS

The JOINT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP and BOARD Meeting for the ALASKA SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CORPORATION (ASEC), a public corporation and government instrumentality of, but having a legal existence independent of and separate from, the State of Alaska, will meet at 9:30 a.m. on January 28, 2026, in the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom at 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska.

THE AGENDA will include: A. Approval of the minutes for the August 27, 2025 Regular Board Meeting; B. Membership Business: 1.) Election of Directors; C. Board Business: 1) Board Members Oath of Office; 2) Election of Officers; 3) Activity Update, including ASEC’s FY2027 Budget; 4) Consideration of a resolution accepting the annual statement of financial conditions for ASEC; D. Any other matters as may properly come before the membership.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference calling 330-8452 or emailing krichardson@ahfc.us and requesting the access code no later than 3 days prior to the meetings. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.

AHFC COMPLIES with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
