PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide an online reservation system for the Alaska State Parks for no cost to the State of Alaska.

BUDGET: This will be a NO COST contract. The State has NO funding available for this project. The Department of Natural Resources envisions contracting with a qualified online reservation service agency to provide an online reservation system whereby the transaction fees are charged directly to the customer. All costs, with the exception of credit card transaction fees, are to be charged directly to the consumer.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL: Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on January 29, 2026, as indicated by postmark or email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered. Offerors must be aware this is a Request for Proposal process. Cost is only one of the factors that will be used to evaluate proposals submitted in response to this RFP. Other factors that will be evaluated are outlined in Section 5 in the RFP.
